AUCTIONEER’S NOTE: S & S is planning to have another auction this fall so stand by for updates. This auction is open to the public. There are no minimum bids. No buyer’s premiums. If the vehicle has a key it will be noted, or if a vehicle has a salvage title it will be noted. In the case of a vehicle having no key, the key will be the responsibility of the buyer, however, two portable locksmith teams are usually on the scene. Announcements day of auction take precedence over printed or website postings.

S & S TERMS: Cash, credit card or local check payable to S & S Automotive on the auction date no later than 12 noon. S & S Automotive reserves the right to hold the title until the check has cleared.NO BUYER’S PREMIUM. A 7.25% State & Local sales tax will apply to all personal property sales, unless a State of Nebraska resale tax exemption number is furnished to S & S Automotive. Auction list is subject to change without notice. S & S Automotive reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. All items sell “as is” with no guarantees either expressed or implied.
